On receipt of your application and payment you will be booked on the course. If you have requested an invoice you will need to pay this within 2 weeks of the date you made the booking or your booking will be cancelled.
Cancellations and Refunds
If cancellation is made less than 4 weeks prior to the course, a cancellation charge of 20% will be made to cover administrative costs. There will be no refund available on cancellations made less than 5 working days prior to the course. All cancellations must be advised in writing. In the event of a delegate only attending part of the course, the Centre is unable to refund all or part of the course fee.
Course Cancellation by The Simulation Centre
Whilst we do everything in our power to avoid cancelling courses,we reserve the right to do so should it be deemed necessary. In such cases, applicants will be informed as soon as possible and fees will be refunded in full. Expenses incurred by participants (eg travel bookings, accommodation deposits, etc) cannot be refunded. We suggest you obtain travel insurance/refundable flights/hotels in the unlikely event that your course is cancelled.
Participants should organise their own travel and accommodation.
The Data you provide us with on registration will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act(1998). It will be used to enable us to process your application to our courses and maintain and audit our course records. We may also use this information to send you relevant pre- and post-course information as well as information about other courses.
