On receipt of your application you will be booked on the course and an invoice will be issued by the Finance department. They will require payment within 30 days and we would request that course fees are paid in full prior to attending.
Cancellations by Participants
If cancellation is made less than 4 weeks prior to the course, a cancellation charge of 20% will be made to cover administrative costs. There will be no refund available on cancellations made less than 5 working days prior to the course. All cancellations must be advised in writing. Applicants may apply in writing to the Centre Manager if there are any extenuating circumstances, in which case the cancellation charge may be waived. In the event of a delegate only attending part of the course, the Centre is unable to refund all or part of the course fee.
Course Cancellation by The Simulation Centre
Whilst we do everything in our power to avoid cancelling courses,we reserve the right to do so should it be deemed necessary. In such cases, applicants will be informed, if possible, no later than two weeks before the date of the course and fees will be refunded in full. Expenses incurred by participants (eg travel bookings, accommodation deposits, etc) cannot be refunded.
Participants should organise their own travel and accommodation.
The Data you provide us with on your application form will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act(1998) and will be used only to enable us to process your application to our courses and maintain and audit our course records.
